the staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. the room included blackout blinds which ensured a good night's rest, and i found many nice shops and cafés nearby. i loved that it was close to a metro station, a short walk away.

i requested extra pillows but did not receive them. the car garage was also tight and difficult to navigate, a little inconvenient.

the staff was VERY helpful and always ready to assist! the reception team ensured check-in and check-out were quick. housekeeping did an excellent job every day keeping everything super clean. breakfast had a great variety of fresh options it was a perfect start.

the location was not as central as expected! the walk to the city center took about 25-30 minutes. this required some extra planning each day for sightseeing and activities. i wish it was closer.

the reception staff was helpful. they provided tips for getting around the area. the breakfast was great (especially the croissants!). there was a good variety of options.

the hotel is a bit dated. it seemed like a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star. my room had a slight musty smell, unpleasant. the air conditioning was quite noisy. it made sleeping a little difficult.

the breakfast, oh lord, the breakfast. i've seen prison food with more appeal. the gym, i use that term loosely, felt more like a storage closet with some rusty equipment. the wifi was dodgy too. it feels a bit overpriced for what you get.
